It might occur that you would like to return your order. Perhaps because the product is not to your liking or there is another reason why you do not wish to keep the product. No matter the reason, you are entitled to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without notice.
After the cancellation of your order you will have 14 days left to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping charges of the order. Only the costs for returning from home to the webshop are at your own expense. Check your local carrier's website for exact shipping costs.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the vendor in the original condition and packaging with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible. To use this right, you can create a return on the website by following the steps below, or you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then refund the due amount within 14 days after your return, provided that the product has been received in good order.

In case the product or it’s packaging is damaged more extensively than would be required to inspect and fit the product, then we can charge you the devaluation of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packages in case of return.
The most efficient method for creating a return is through the My account function on the website. Returns created through the webshop can be processed the quickest. In order to do this, follow below steps. In case you run into issues, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Step 1) Log in to your account by clicking 'My account' on the right top corner of the website. In case you have not set a password yet or have forgotten it, click on ‘Forgot your password?’ and follow the instructions.
Step 2) After logging in, you will arrive in the dashboard in which you can find an overview of Recent orders on the bottom of the page. Click on 'View' next to the order you want to create a return for.
Step 3) You will arrive in the overview of the order. Click the button 'Return item(s)' at the bottom of the page.
Step 4) On the next page you can configure the return. The first step is to identify the product(s) you want to return. You can do this by selecting a Quantity to return in the drop-down menu. Leave products you wish to keep on '0'.
Step 5) The next step is to indicate why the product is returned and what the requested action is. Select a Return reason and Return action from the dropdown menus:
In case none of the predefined options is applicable, then select 'Other, please specify…' and fill out the reason and/or action in the free text field on the right side.
Step 6) Click on the button 'Send' in the bottom right corner to process the return request.
Ensure that the product is in its original packaging including the attached hologram tag, in case of equipment (not applicable for clothing). Also make sure the barcode label is attached, so the product can be identified upon receipt. Add the packing list, if you can.
Send the product(s) in the original packaging back to the return address on the shipping label on the box:
